The company gave the Union a new comprehensive proposal with no major changes, our bargaining team has made several moves concerning call sharing. This company makes a billion dollars a month yet they remain unwilling to change their contract gutting proposals. Our only way to create a different dialog and get to a fair contract is through mobilization.
