Effective September 1, 2015, call center hours for the Verizon Benefits Center will change from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST to 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

The BenefitsConnection (the online web) will continue to be available 24 x 7 for information and transactions.

Annual Enrollment for the 2016 plan year will run from November 10, 2015 through November 19, 2015 for both active employees and retirees.
